I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size / color?
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, email, and telephone number. If major issues occur, please email us at info@realminded.com and we will try to help.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
In the rare case that your order is damaged, please take a photo and email it to info@realminded.com with a description of the damage.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive. Typically orders will arrive much sooner.
